‘Becky’ Rogers Service Friday

High requiem mass will be said at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 219 E. Commerce St., at 10 a.m. Friday for Miss Elizabeth (Becky) Rogers, 21-year-old member of a socially prominent San Antonio family. She died Wednesday at a local hospital. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

The great-granddaughter of the late Dan Sullivan, San Antonio banker, Miss Rogers was the daughter of Mrs. Collins Rogers, 2120 Nacogdoches Road and the late Maj. Donald Rogers.

She was a native of Detroit but had lived here the last 15 years.

She attended Incarnate Word College here three years ago and then went to Florence, Italy, where she was a student at the Evers Holme School for a year.

Survivors, besides her mother, include sisters, Miss Leilani Rogers, San Antonio, Mrs. Norman Dix, West Hampton Beach, Long Island, N.Y., Mrs. James H. Ewing, Sands Point, Long Island, N.Y., and Mrs. Allan A. Roff, Loudonville, N.Y.; a brother, Augustus D. Clemens, San Angelo; an aunt, Mrs. Francis Reed, Chicago; a great uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John Cotter Sullivan, San Antonio, and great aunts Miss Annie M. Sullivan and Mrs. John L. Clem, San Antonio.

Pallbearers will he Henry Catto, Jr., William Chumney, Jr., Robert R. Culmer, H. W. Finck, Leslie Neal, Jr., and Walter Seidel.
